The season ends with a lot of great
swims! The team finishes 3rd at the PCL Championship meet this
year. The swimmers should look at this season as a season to
remember with all the improvements we had individually and as a
team. A recap of this years PCCC season…. 3rd at the PCL
Relay Meet, 2nd at Dick Smith Invitational Meet, and 3rd at PCL
Championship Meet.
After such a great PCL season, we had to celebrate with our team
trip at the Blizzard Beach in Orlando! This was a fun and exciting
trip with the Buckley’s bringing 10 boxes of donuts for the
swimmers…WOW!! The focus at Blizzard Beach around 2PM was
the Toboggan Race. It was the race to see if Coach Todd could
continue his success of winning the Toboggan Race. Well, young
Coach Kyle tries his hardest to beat Coach Todd with an impressive
new technique unheard of until June 9, 2008! He uses his hand to
outreach at the finish line. Something you would see in a movie! It
was a great race and next year Coach Todd will guarantee a victory
and reclaim the Toboggan Race Title. Again all the coaches hope
everyone had a good time swimming on the PCCC Swim Team this year.
We look forward to another great year in 2009!
We look forward to seeing everyone at the Awards Banquet on August
24th. There will be many great awards given out this year.

season we had in 2008.
